Healthy Bucks
All our “Bucks” must pass the test of working at a fast and efficient pace as well as exude the characteristics of one who is healthy, energetic, reliable, honest & ethical, clean, personable and professional. Our lead “Bucks” must have loading and team management experience as well as implement and oversee best industry practices for how to best protect customers' furnishings and valuables.
No Smoking Bucks Aloud
Not only is the likelihood that a smoking buck is less healthy and vigorous, but if the average smoking buck takes a 10-15 minute smoke break every hour, then the customer could be paying substantially more for usually unaccounted downtime.
Cell Phone Interruptions
Some workers simply cannot stay off the phone which equates into downtime which a customer should never be charged for. Excessive Phone calls are not acceptable with Young Bucks and such is managed by our leads. However, if a customer should ever prove that excess phone usage is happening, we will not charge you for any estimated down time including phone usage. Also, should one of our “Bucks” need to use the phone for emergency purposes, we will document such and not charge for said down time.

For example, our standard is that you will never see a “Buck” going into a truck that needs to be loaded and from the office or home empty handed or into a home or office where items need to be unloaded and taken into.
